What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item. Please ensure it is unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@arkemio.com to start your return.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 8 to 14 working days for your parcel to arrive. This includes 1 to 3 days for processing and 7 to 11 days for delivery.

Delivery is free on all orders delivered to UK, with no minimum order value.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s website to track your parcel in real time.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Changed your mind after placing your order? You have 2 hours after placing it to cancel, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Email us at support@arkemio.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
Do you offer exchanges?
Absolutely. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge. To exchange an item for a different size or colour, simply place a new order and return the original item by following our standard returns process.
