What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item. Simply ensure that it is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@arkemio.com to start your return.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 8 to 14 business days for your package to arrive. This includes 1 to 3 days for processing and 7 to 11 days for delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders delivered in France, with no minimum purchase required.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use it directly on the carrier's website to track your package in real time.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Changed your mind after placing your order? You have 2 hours after ordering to cancel it, provided it hasn't shipped yet. Send us an email at support@arkemio.com with your order number, and we'll take care of it.
Do you offer exchanges?
Absolutely. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement free of charge. For an exchange of size or color, simply place a new order and return the original item following our standard return procedure.
